In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), you can permanently delete your Kivo account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Open the Kivo app on your iPhone.
Tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation.
Select Profile.
Scroll down to Legal & Privacy and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your account, credentials, and order history will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, email our privacy team directly from the email address registered with your account:
