By accessing or using the Kivo mobile application or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or installing an eSIM.
Kivo provides prepaid international roaming data packages delivered via digital embedded SIM (eSIM) profiles. To use our service, you must possess an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked mobile device.
All eSIM packages are prepaid. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and processed securely via credit card, Apple Pay, or other supported payment methods through Stripe. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
Upon completed payment, your eSIM profile is generated and delivered immediately inside the app and via email. Activation occurs according to the specific plan guidelines (e.g., upon first connection to a supported cellular network at your destination).
You may request a full refund if an eSIM cannot be activated due to technical failure on our network before data usage begins. Because eSIMs are digital consumable products, once data usage has commenced, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by customer support.
You agree not to use the network service for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities. Network access may be suspended if abusive usage or security threats are detected.
